FCP Process Simulation Services (FCP) is a manufacturing philosophy that was founded on the same principles first employed by the champions of the Toyota Production System (TPS).  While similar to most of the approaches found in Lean Manufacturing , FCP is unique.  Our powerful process improvement tools empower companies to realize phenomenal gains, both in terms of productivity as well as profit in a fraction of the time and cost.

These tools measure, demonstrate and prove potential process gains.  Among these are the our use of computer based process simulation tools like Rockwell's Arena, Lanner Witness, Enterprise Dynamics, Promodel and lower-end platforms like ShowFlow Simulation Software.  Other important process-improvement techniques we can introduce include the proper use and simulation of Kanbans, Dynabans (our own modification), Gating-Process Folding, Group Technology, Single-Unit Flow, Process Mapping and Opportunity Analysis.
