FCP Process Consulting (FCP) is a manufacturing philosophy that was founded on the same principles first employed by the champions of the Toyota Production System (TPS). While similar to some of the approaches found in the Lean Manufacturing technique, FCP has a very unique approach and provides very powerful productivity tools that empower companies to realize phenomenal gains, both in terms of productivity as well as profit.
